What is BGA Assembly?

BGA Assembly refers to the process of assembling Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) with Ball Grid Array (BGA) chips. BGA assembly is a specialized form of Surface Mount Technology (SMT), where hundreds of small solder balls on the bottom of the chip are precisely soldered onto corresponding pads on the PCB.
