Manual Visual Inspection
While we utilize advanced methods like AOI (Automated Optical Inspection), electrical testing, and other inspections in our PCB manufacturing process, manual visual inspection remains a crucial step. Certain defects, such as imperfections in the base material, solder mask, silkscreen, or other subtle flaws, may not be detected by automated equipment. Our meticulous manual visual inspection ensures that any such visual defects or imperfections are identified and addressed before the PCBs are shipped for use. This thorough process helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and reliability for every product.
While advanced AVI (Automated Visual Inspection) machines have been developed, at Gold Mate, we believe that manual visual inspection remains an essential part of our quality control process.
